Hi, I assume you mean the user remote file storage?
On the website, in the Data Explorer, you can see, download, and upload files:

Programmatically, you can use the storeClient. See this notebook for examples:

You can also interface with your VOSpace from your local computer if you have the datalab command-line tool installed:
