Cannot Log into account

I am trying to log into the ast_13 account but I cannot for some odd reason.

Hi Avi, thanks for reaching out.
Could you please tell us where exactly your login fails? Data Lab website, Jupyter notebook server, your local 'datalab' command-line tool?
Also, if you see a specific error message, could you please post it here?

Hi Avi,

Please try logging in again, your attempts were sending an invalid token which may be related to your earlier problem and the fact we temporarily switched authentication methods.  If you are using the 'datalab' command-line tool, please delete the $HOME/.datalab directory and try logging in again.
