I'm getting the error:

pyvo.dal.exceptions.DALServiceError: 502 Server Error: Proxy Error for url: https://datalab.noirlab.edu/sia/nsc_dr2?POS=325.8954519%2C0.8876010457&SIZE=0.005555555555555556%2C0.005555555555555556&FORMAT=ALL&INTERSECT=OVERLAPS&VERB=2

From previous questions this suggests that the server is down? Is anyone else seeing the same thing? Is this routine downtime?
