"Export Notebook As..." menu doesn't open

It looks like the "File"->"Export Notebook As..." sub-menu is not working (no submenu appears).

A similar issue has been documented for some Python version here:

The problem should now be fixed, I had to downgrade to a different version of nbconvert. Please let us know if you have any other problems.
