Cannot request new API Token

Hello, 

In the jupyterhub control panel under token, I cannot generate a new API Token. The error message I receive is API request failed (403): '_xsrf' argument missing from POST

Hey Avi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have resolved the issue and after refreshing the page you should be able to generate API tokens.
