Hi Dave,

It must have been an brief time down.
It has been working for us here almost uneventfully.
Did you manage to connect/use it again?

Yes, it started working normally within 90 minutes of my report. I cannot be more precise because I was not monitoring it closely - it was my students who first reported the "outage". Thanks for getting back to me!
