Just log in, either on the notebook server, or locally using the datalab Python package, or locally using the datalab command-line client.

Most of our example notebooks show how to log in in a Python environment (locally or on our notebook server): https://github.com/astro-datalab/notebooks-latest/

And the User Manual describes how to log in using the command-line client:
