Our TAP service appears to be functioning normally but we have been experiencing some flakiness and intermittent outages. It is possible that this impacted your async queries. I tested a few queries this morning and they all reached the `COMPLETED` phase.
Would you mind giving this another attempt to see if this is working for you now?
