Jupyter notebooks fail to load

After the issue with the servers I am unable to open any jupyter notebooks, and I receive the message "An unknown error occurred while loading this notebook. This version can load notebook formats or earlier."

We can't reproduce this problem. Can you let us know your account name so we can check if it's an issue peculiar to your account?
