when trying to upload a csv table to myDB, I get: Error: local variable 'profile' referenced before assignment

This happens in the both the Xmatch service and in the jupyter notebook 'How_to_crossmatch_tables.ipynb' when run using the default 'qc.mydb_import ('objects1', 'objects.csv')' command (line 7).
