NSC DR1 and upcoming DR2 image cutouts: Is it possible to get cutouts from different observation epochs?

Hi,

Regarding NSC DR1 and upcoming DR2 image cutouts, is it possible to get cutouts from different observation epochs?
If yes, could you provide an example of how to retrieve NSC DR1 image cutouts via SIA.
I would need one fits file per band and per epoch.
As I'm not using Python notebooks, an example with a full request URI and a description of any associated parameters would be very helpful.

Sorry for the delay.  There is now a SIA service for NSC DR2.  We recommend that all analyses use NSC DR2 instead of DR2 since there have been many important improvements.  Here's an example Jupyter notebook on how to use the SIA service.

I tried to access the SIA service with the following URL to get a list of available cutouts for the specified position:
https://datalab.noao.edu/sia/nsc_dr2?POS=308.889870,-41.376720&SIZE=0.037018,0.027778&FORMAT=ALL&INTERSECT=OVERLAPS&VERB=2

But unfortunately it didn't work:
Server returned HTTP response code: 502 for URL: https://datalab.noao.edu/sia/nsc_dr2?POS=308.889870,-41.376720&SIZE=0.037018,0.027778&FORMAT=ALL&INTERSECT=OVERLAPS&VERB=2

Is the endpoint or one of the parameters wrong? Or is there a problem with the SIA service?

Hi,

Great that there is a python tool to download images! I used the tool as is, but I get this error

1:49: syntax error
...
DALServiceError: 502 Server Error: Proxy Error for url: https://datalab.noao.edu/sia/raw_all?POS=159.815%2C-0.65&SIZE=0.10000643538809255%2C0.1&FORMAT=ALL&INTERSECT=OVERLAPS&VERB=2

The error is similar to the one that frakiw posted.

Is there any alternative to download images with a script?
